- 01Payment is required in advance; the session is confirmed once payment is received.
- 02Four-hour minimums are reserved in full. If the work takes less, the remainder is non-refundable.
- 03Time is billed in 30-minute increments, rounded up.
- 04Discount packs are available on request.
- 05Clients may be listed publicly, logo included, without publishing sensitive information or code. An NDA is available for an additional fee, and NDA clients are not listed.
- 06Services are not available to clients subject to international sanctions.
This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies.
It writes exactly one value to your browser: intro-seen in sessionStorage, so the opening animation plays once rather than on every page. It is deleted when you close the tab, it never leaves your device, and nothing reads it but this site.
The contact and enquiry forms collect what you type into them: your name, your email address, your message, and the answers to whichever questions the service you picked asks. They go to me and nowhere else, they are not used for marketing, and there is no account or profile behind them.
Your name and email are also kept in localStorage on your own device, so a second enquiry does not ask for them again. That copy never leaves your browser and clearing your site data removes it.
